Hailing from Oslo, Norway, Circumnavigate produce a cinematic soundscape like no other; Their 3 piece harmonies float delicately amidst their warm string sections and trumpet lines, producing a sound which could only be conjured in landscapes of such beauty.

The dream-folk quartet have recently released their captivating debut album, When Worlds Collide; A collection of honest songs about finding connections, love and community with people from different backgrounds, cultures and countries.

Each track on the album is filled with cinematic soundscapes akin to the likes of Sigur Rós and The Cinematic Orchestra, with hints of Kate Bush & Birdy;

The album has been labelled "graceful and undeniably compelling" and ranked amongst the top 25 albums of 2017 by numerous blogs & publications.

The inception of Circumnavigate began when Sigrid met Carl Frederik Kontny at school in Sandvika, Norway, where they would perform songs in school talent competitions.

Sigrid later moved to London to study music where she met Ross Craib (percussion/vocals) and Charlie Fowler (bass/vocals) through mutual friends.

Between them, Circumnavigate have collectively played for some of London's most respected artists including Jennifer Hudson, Foxes, Anne Marie, Sigala, Gabrielle Aplin, Maverick Sabre and Crystal Fighters to name but a few.

They have also been involved in numerous Hollywood productions for the purposes of music to film, including Domenica Scorsese's debut feature, 'Almost Paris'.
